Who We Are
VITAL Education Society (VES) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization with over 17 years of experience in vocational training, skilling, and upskilling across Central India. Established in 2009, we are committed to addressing the growing demand for trained professionals in various sectors.
Our association with MCU University, Bhopal, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), New Delhi, Telecom Sector Skill Council, and Power Sector Skill Council further strengthens our mission to provide high-quality education and training for a diverse range of industries.
VITAL started as a pilot program for the ICT sector in 2009, evolving into a leading vocational and employability training organization focused on equipping individuals with the skills needed for employment in a rapidly changing job market.

VITAL has been set up with an ambitious vision to provide high quality training including high end courses and vocational and skill development training in the healthcare, IT/ITES, Retail, Hospitality, Telecom, Electronics, Apparel and Beauty & Wellness sectors.

VITAL Education Society works towards shaping the future of youth, especially in rural and semi-urban areas, by providing vocational skills training and ensuring employability across key sectors. Our training initiatives are designed for students with educational levels as low as Class 5, preparing them for careers in:

We collaborate with leading companies and hospitals for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and placement opportunities, ensuring that our students are ready for the workforce upon completing their courses.

VES was established in 2009 with a mission to enhance IT literacy, education, skill development, environment, and healthcare across India.
In 2011, VES became an associated study center of Makhanlal Chaturvedi University (MCU), offering Diploma & PG Diploma programs at Mhow, Indore.
Entered Skill Development Programs (2013) in association with the MP Government Backward Class Department.
Launched Computer Literacy & Vocational Programs (2015) across multiple locations in Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh.
In 2017, expanded academic reach by opening a second MCU Study Centre in Indore, increasing total seat capacity to 550 students.
Conducted Health Camps & Awareness Programs (2019) across MP & UP.
Introduced the Bosch BRIDGE Caregiver Training Program (2021) to meet India’s growing healthcare workforce needs.
During COVID-19 (2022), trained 80 healthcare warriors in Bhopal (MP) and Bhojpur (Bihar) with 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) to support hospitals.
Vedanta Rojgar (VR) Program (2023): Skill-based training for sustainable employment.
LinkedIn–Samhita Project (2023): Digital & new-age literacy programs empowering women.

VSA is our flagship initiative, focusing on high-end courses like Digital Marketing. Recognized under the Skill India mission and affiliated with NSDC, VSA ensures quality education with practical exposure to industry-relevant skills.
Vital Skills
Our skills development programs are tailored to meet the needs of the industry, covering various sectors like healthcare, retail, and electronics. We provide hands-on training to ensure that students are job-ready and capable of thriving in their chosen fields.
Vital 4 U
Beyond vocational training, Vital 4 U focuses on arts and social activities, helping students enhance their soft skills, creativity, and social responsibility.

Message: After Post Covid we understand more responsibilities towards health support system, environment support and digital inclusion. Equipping members with digital know-how to sustain work in a post-COVID world . Supporting skill-building among women and girls to boost employability. From 17 Dec 2022 in memories of my mother we are starting our new mission under vital NGO platform to be a support system for Women’s. Vital support them under our self sustained project SEWA “SARLA EMERGE WOMEN’S ACADEMY”. , But we can’t do this alone , we started communication with other volunteers / agencies / organisation to raise crowd funding also.
