Bridging the Gap: Empowering Bioscience Careers through Targeted Support and Opportunities

On November 14, 2024 a workshop was held in which expert Dr. Viniti Tomar Chauhan shared valuable insights about careers in biosciences. She also discussed the topic “Bridging the Gap: Empowering Bioscience Careers through Targeted Support and Opportunity.” The session covered a range of subjects, including literature reviews, science communication, medical biology, career summer training, and how students can build careers in biotechnology or science fields.
Dr. Tomar Chauhan explained how students can prepare for the MSc entrance exams after their degree, where to find the best universities, and how to pursue a Ph.D. She also shared her personal experiences with students and provided guidance on post-college programs, such as the Anvay Biotechnology program.
